EKF Customer Support Centre
Welcome to the new EKF Diagnostics Customer Support Centre. This section of the website can only be accessed by authorised EKF distributors. The Customer Support Centre contains user manuals, servicing instructions, safety data sheets, software and promotional materials for all EKF analysers.

To request access to the EKF Customer Support Centre please speak to your Regional Manager or click here to send us an email. Please remember to state which products you require access to.
Accessing the Hemo Control / HemoPoint H2 Service menu
To service a Hemo Control device you will need a Service Access Number (SAN). This number can be obtained from the Hemo Family section in the Customer Support Centre.
- You will first need your Service-Process-Number (SPN). THE SPN can be found in your Hemo Control’s display. Press ‘Menu’, then ‘Info’ and scroll to the bottom of the screen.
- Log in to the EKF Customer Support Centre using your User Name and Password.
- Enter the SPN in the box in the top right corner. Your SAN will be generated automatically.
- Press ‘Menu’ on the Hemo Control, scroll down to ‘Options’ and then scroll down to ‘Service’. Enter the four digit SAN.
Please note:
- The SPN will be changed hourly or once you have performed a test.
- After you put in the SAN, the service menu will be accessible for one hour.
