Production Planning / Work Preparation Specialist (m/f/d)

EKF Diagnostics is hiring a full-time Production Planning / Work Preparation Specialist (m/f/d) in Barleben, Germany.

This role involves creating, maintaining, and optimizing production orders in close collaboration with production, purchasing, and logistics teams. Responsibilities include scheduling and capacity planning, material requirements planning, creating and maintaining bills of materials, work plans, and production documents in the ERP system, analyzing production metrics, and contributing to the introduction of new products into series production.

Candidates should have a technical or commercial background, ideally with further training in production planning/work preparation, and experience in regulated environments such as medical technology or pharmaceuticals. Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., proAlpha) and MS 365, analytical thinking, structured work habits, organizational talent, strong communication skills, and teamwork are essential. Good German and English language skills are required.
