The WIC Farmers’ Market Nutrition Program is associated with the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children, popularly known as WIC. Established in 1992 by Congress, the FMNP provides fresh, unprepared, locally grown fruits and vegetables to WIC participants to expand awareness, use, and sales at farmers’ markets.
This conference will attract over 200 attendees, including front-line staff, certified professional authorities, and community partners.
